BRIEF

I will endeavour to create an urban space devoted to the manufacturing and trading of unique pieces of jewellery. The Jewellery Centre will provide a workshop area where local jewellery makers, beginners and jewellery enthusiasts will be able to manufacture their own designs. The Centre will also house a showroom and a sales area open to all jewellery manufacturers as well as traders.
The Centre will extend the economic activity generated in the area by the Depford High Street and the neighbouring market. It will also play an invaluable role in enriching the community by encouraging interests, nurturing talents and providing a suitable platform for anyone who is passionate about art and design.

INTERVENTION

Activating the space with the use of color and light and injecting much needed beauty to the square outside the Albany Center through the use of sculptural light containers.

TRADING

SALES EVENT PROMOTING STUNNING FROZEN JEWELRY
After the demonstration guests indulged in luxurious treats like fruit dusted with white chocolate powder and creamy vanilla cheesecake among others. Event resulted in a sale of four pendants.
