Instances of activity and movement are captured on site and framed as singular moments which are projected on screens. The site begins to turn into a film set where passers through become actors, the construction itself doubling as a surveillance mechanism that takes the guise of an art installation.

Good architecture has a definite reflection of the world in which it was created. Architects are both slaves to society, and masters of society. As architects we must use the knowledge gained from the past to respond and react to the cultural and economic shifts in the current social context.
