WHERE THE SIDEWALK ENDS

Entrances orientate towards public flow around site, with three sets of steps to sub level users have access from one side of the site to another through moving through the basement, which also includes two lifts to the interior of the building. Additional entrances to the interior can be reached from the railway bridge and from steps that meet at the roof that start on ground level. Part of the adjacent park/ green space can be turned into a seating space through the use of a plug -in grid that speaks to a screen on building face, the car-park can also become a drive in cinema that similarly speaks to screen on building façade, furthermore the building connects itself to the railway bridge with concrete steps that face a screen on exterior wall. (See smaller axo in top right corner for exterior walls).
